Have You Been Feeling Like You Could Use A Boost?



I have heard many times that "happiness is a choice". In a way it is, if we choose to do the things that increase our happiness hormones then yes, your choices lead to either happiness or not. Sometimes there are things that are going on neurochemical and it is really hard to break free from what feels like never-ending depression no matter how many times you meditate, flatulate or masturbate (although those can all help).

I have been down the road of contemplating suicide more than once in my life and there was always something that stopped me. This is odd because I am generally a force to be reckoned with once I choose to do something. To be swayed out of suicide by something and to choose to get out of depression is not easy. I didn't have an exact method to start with but really wish I had, it might have been easier.

Danella Hesler and I collaborated on creating the Happiness Hormones Club. It is a BETA test version class also we are offering for about 1/20th of what we would normally charge. We really wanted to be able to offer this to as many people who needed it as possible.
